Crazy Free Stuff!

Hey guys!

Well, it’s been a crazy week so far at the Linkinus production farms. After negotiating with those zany folks at Macheist, we managed to squeeze our way into their new bundle at the very last minute. Everyone who now buys the MacHeist bundle gets a full license for Linkinus 1.x. Rejoice!

But that’s not all. How could we make ourselves look even more completely insane? Maybe… give away 20,000 copies of Linkinus 1.1 (and 1.1.x upgrades) for free? Yeah, that’d do it. So we did it. Now, remember, these free licenses are ONLY good for Linkinus 1.1 and 1.1.x upgrades. 1.2 will cost you $20. Still, I’d say it was a pretty schweet dealio. To get your license, just scroll to the bottom of the page page and give us your first and last name, and your email address, and it’ll be sent to you shortly.

If you’ve decided already that Linkinus is SO awesome that you simply MUST have all the upgrades until 2.0 (and who could blame you, really,) you can purchase a full license for $20, or pick it up as part of the MacHeist Bundle for $50! That will entitle you to upgrades until 2.0. :)

Peace out.

Finally!

The Mac OS X Tiger dictionary defines “finally” as “after a long time, typically involving difficulty or delay” and it’s synonyms as “ultimately, in the end, after a long time, at (long) last; in the long run, in the fullness of time.”

Well, it’s our pleasure to announce that Linkinus 1.1 is finally available! After a near 10-week long wait, it’s here, with over 210 improvements and bug fixes to make your IRC-based life easier. Enjoy!
